We converted this garage into a childrens playroom upgrading the insulation levels and replacing the garage door with a window to match the existing and timber cladding to blend in with the property.

We converted the rear 70% of this garage into a work room for a beautician, we applied damp proofing and insulation to all the walls, supplied and fitted electrics heating, plastered out the new room and fitted wooden flooring. The front of the garage was left with the existing garage door that opened up to provide separate storage for bikes and lawnmowers etc...

Chill Room
This garage conversion was carried out on a single integral garage to provide the teenage son a space for playing games, watching tv and studying. We applied damp proofing to the external walls, bricked up the front with bricks to match the existing and supplied and fitted Upvc window the width of the existing garage door. The room was accessed through an opening cut through the existing wall into the hallway via a bi fold door fitted directly off the front door so his friends could go straight in without going through the rest of the house.
